I had a unique experience at Boutique Fantasy in Tbilisi. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from Liberty Square and so close to great restaurants. However, the rooms were a bit dark and I did hear some noise from outside, especially on the weekends. Overall, it was a charming stay with a delicious breakfast that made up for the minor issues.
